We at StoryCorps' had a problem: We had a great initiative to pair people from opposite political sides to just talk, not argue. But we were struggling to figure out the right quick way to convey how the experience worked and the right positive vibe and walls of copy were killing our users. Drive80 helped us get all of this into a series of fantastic explainer videos. Mike worked with us to really understand the process, cut out the fluff and make sure that the feel was right for our existing brand. We were on a tight schedule and even had a couple of unexpected rounds of re-dos but Mike was responsive and patient and really seemed invested in getting it right. Other teams who saw the video responded with a "ooh, didn't know we could do that!" so hopefully we'll be working more in the near future.
